Battle.net Update Agent Causing “Incompatible” Realms and WOW51900223?
I’m posting this in case it helps identify a larger issue.
Today, I was unable to log into WoW while friends were playing normally. Every realm showed “Incompatible” and I was receiving WOW51900223 disconnects.
Symptoms

All realms displayed “Incompatible”

WOW51900223 disconnects

Friends could log in normally

Battle.net showed “Pre-release content downloaded”

Battle.net Update Agent errors

WoW client appeared stuck on an older build
What Fixed It for Me

Closed WoW and Battle.net completely.

Deleted the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders from
%programdata%. -
Opened Command Prompt as Administrator and ran:
netsh winsock reset -
Restarted the PC.

Repaired/reinstalled Battle.net.

Allowed Battle.net to update the Battle.net Update Agent and rediscover my installed games.

Let WoW complete a new update.
Result
My client updated from 12.0.5.67823 to 12.0.7.68182 and the issue was resolved.

It seems possible that some clients became stuck on an older build due to a Battle.net Update Agent issue.
