for some reason I launched battle.net and logged me out, and tried to locate games and could only find overwatch, and did the tutorial for battle.net acting like I was new to it. I can’t find cod in my Program files (x86) but in my downloads settings it says it installs to there. It still takes up the space even when its not there.

Thank you for taking the time to report this here. The “Locate the game” button (under the blue Install button) can be used to manually link the Battle.net App to your existing Call of Duty installation. If you can’t find it, reinstalling the game would be the advised next step.
The Battle.net App wouldn’t uninstall one of your games unless prompted, nor should the game itself. If you find that games are repeatedly disappearing, this could indicate a deeper underlying issue with the Windows installation.
