Nope, doesn’t appear shortcuts are wrong. Battlenet just isnt updating on its own. I saw topics from over a month ago posting this and yet I’m still having the issue with auto updater not working correctly. I guess I’ll try manually downloading and installing…
EDIT: Yep, manually downloading battlenet and running installer worked.
Missed a good 20 minutes of Worldstone TZ though… Prob not even worth loading it up now.
