You can not log in to your battle.net account using facebook. Both pc and mobile do not work. I asked many friends to try to log in using facebook and they all couldn’t get log in. When you try log in it says “
App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” It is very disappointing that blizzard is not paying attention to something as serious as this. Please fix this asap, it is now one full week now since it is down. I can’t even link it to a new account because I CAN NOT log in with facebook!!
That support article does not address the problem. I have the same issue as OP. Blizzard seems to just be oblivious to their integration being broken or something.
