Battle.net Log In Issue - BLZBNTBNA00000A8E (2403)

I received the issue logging into battle.net this afternoon after being online this morning without any issues (my PC was turned off and back on this afternoon). I attempted to un-install and clear all the “%xx%” files another topic resolution shared, but when the App reinstalled and went to load up I immediately got the same issue again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

same here, can obviously connect to my account, but battlenet launch is dead

Same here. We got the same code you listed. We were just on an hour ago and neither my husband or I can reconnect.

I am having the same issue, already re-installed battle net twice, the second time around having uninstalled and rebooted before install.

I was in-game all morning and then i saw the update notice - clicked it to restart and bam - authentication failure

Guys press continue in Offline mode open wow then login with your credentials inside wow press remember me and you are good to go.

have tried recently after updating the app ? <go -online> < no login field presented> just the error message

Same here. cannot launch Bnet on desktop

Having the same exact issue. Battlenet is basically bricked. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, pretty much everything under the sun. Why do I spend my money on these games that can’t be played offline? -_-

With it being a double XP weekend for BO6, are we getting 24hr double XP tokens for your server issue? Seems only fair, we bought the game through you, it is not our servers that are having the issues.

Also having the same issue. Already uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, reseting in between each time. Was playing fine 2 hours ago, now its straight junk
