Battle.net Launcher opening a CMD window

Good morning,

Anytime I run the launcher on Windows 11, it’s opening a CMD window with the path of “C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.8093\Agent.exe”

There are instances where this CMD window will open up 2 - 3 times as I load a game. This doesn’t impact gameplay or anything, it’s just annoying.

I’ve uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled and unfortunately the problem persists.

I’m having this same issue. Happens when I have the battle net launcher running as well as when I’m playing Call of Duty Cold War (don’t have any other Blizzard games, so idk if it’s specific to CW), and because of it I haven’t played the game in a long time.

I was trying to update CW just now and every time the CMD box appears, the update for CW gets briefly interrupted. I can only assume the issue will persist if I actually launch the game as well, so because of that I’ve given up on Blizzard products unless they can fix this absolutely nonsensical issue.

Not blocking me from playing, but so annoying!
