Battle.net launcher crashing on startup

Hey BudgetCodey,

If the launcher is continuing to give you troubles go ahead and delete the cache folder.
You may need to delete the Blizzard/Battle.net folders in %appdata% and %localappdata% as well.

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Type in %APPDATA% and press Enter
  3. Delete the Blizzard folder at this location
  4. Repeat the steps for %LOCALAPPDATA%

If you are running antivirus software that updated recently you will want to make sure that the launcher is whitelisted. Those instructions can be found with the software help options.
