Whenever I try to launch the desktop app, it first tries to log in, and then crashes, giving me a different error code every time. This is one of them: E0DD6AA4-31E3-436D-8754-02A060C376D2.
The launcher worked fine for me just yesterday. What could be causing this issue?

If the launcher is continuing to give you troubles go ahead and delete the cache folder.
You may need to delete the Blizzard/Battle.net folders in %appdata% and %localappdata% as well.
If you are running antivirus software that updated recently you will want to make sure that the launcher is whitelisted. Those instructions can be found with the software help options.
