Battle.net isn't downloading at my network's full speed

Battle.net is capping out at around 38MBs but internet speed tests and Steam both shows my download speed at 290MBs

I’ve checked my download settings and I don’t have a download limit on and I’ve tried the trick of setting the limit to 9999999KBs but my download speed won’t go past 38MBs

I have the same problem… and am I faded for thinking F this client I just wont play these 12 games? I have 2gig internet and its downloading at 43mb. Its the clients fault not my internet. I dont have this problem on any other platform.

Same, if I start a steam download it goes to atleast 30 MB/s directly but battle.net pendels between 100 kb/s to 4 MB/s. wtf blizzard.
