follow this last guide

The Blizzard Battle.net Desktop Application requires access to Windows Management Instrumentation to work correctly. If this has become corrupted or disabled, you can follow the steps below to reset it:

1:Press Windows+Q and type cmd into the search bar that pops up.
2:Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
3:Type net stop winmgmt into the command prompt and press enter.
4:When prompted if you wish to continue, type Y and press enter.
5:Type winmgmt /resetrepository into the command prompt and press enter.
6:Restart your computer to pick up the changes

install again battle.net and try if all works, at least for me it worked after several days of research T_T

hope u can fix btlnt to, GL to everybody.

You are such a life saver oh my gosh.
I’ve had this endless loop of the launcher stuck on “waiting for another update”, then downloading the content for a little bit, then back to “waiting for another update” and over and over and over again. It literally took me 2 days to try to update it and I found your thread and it’s finally downloading (with a VPN tho, cause for some reason it won’t let me update without it since it’s stuck on “waiting for another update”).
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Experiencing the same issue myself - I had to switch to hotspot to download but now I cannot even log in to bnet over my normal ISP.

@Blizzardcs - My ISPs ASN is AS396872 and the upstream is Northwest Open Access Network. Once the traffic is transported to the SIX the next hop is directly to your router in the SIX.

Why would T-Mobile hotspot be able to reach your servers but not this connection? I have a L2 handoff straight from the ISP router and have removed my router from my home connection and am connected directly into my PC. There is a wireless bridge directly between my house and the ISP router and utilizing a static v4. I have 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 as my v4 DNS servers manually configured. Same configuration with NOANet as it was with the previous upstream Ziply Fiber. The change in routes makes me think this is a NoaNet issue

Seems like a safe bet. Can probably replicate it with a VPN instead of the T-Mobile connection.

happy that post helps u

I just got a new PC and have this issue. Sadly, nothing you’ve posted helped :frowning:

I am trying to play SC2 with a friend after having a long break. When I launched Battle.net yesterday, it updated the game, then Play button appeared. Didn’t test if it worked, but today it no longer located the game. After manually specifying the path, it started updating again and then threw an error related to internet connectivity.

I downloaded a fresh Battle.net installer, but came into this problem. I tried deleting everything, as described in the original post, but the problem did not go away. Any other ideas?
