Battle.net Install and Run Issues

To try to explain the issue the best I can, I had Overwatch “apply an update” while I was getting into a game, but it failed and then logged me out of Overwatch. Afterwards, I scanned and repaired the game, and it initialized and update but got stuck there for 10 minutes. Afterwards I attempted to uninstall the game, but it also got stuck on initialization. Despite the warning, I found the program files and uninstalled the game from ProgramsFilesx86 and then attempted to install the game on Steam (I was using Battle.net earlier). After installing the game, Steam told me that there was an error with the game and a reinstall was needed. I reinstalled two more times and the error persisted. I moved back to battle.net, where it gave me the following error codes: BLZBNTBNA00000005 and BLZBNTBNA00000006. I was unable to actually install Overwatch, receiving this error repeatedly: BLZBNTAGT000008A4. I uninstalled Battle.net and after trying to reinstall, I received this error repeatedly: BLZBNTBTS00000028. I made sure it was on the security software exceptions list, cleared out the programdata and appdata, but I am still having these issues. What I am thinking the issue with the Battle.net install is that when I was uninstalling the app, I had the launcher open, which gave an error during the uninstall process. I told the uninstall wizard to skip certain files during the uninstall, because I skimmed over the error and did not close the launcher. I think that this left some files on my computer that are causing issues with the install, (the same with Overwatch due to me not uninstalling properly, which would explain why Steam cannot launch the game), but I have no clue how to confirm this or find the files. To be very clear, I have followed the steps laid out in the support articles for each of the four errors I received, but none of the fixes (included the advanced fixes) fixed the issue.
