Battle.net has stopped turning on

Hello,

Two weekd ago I noticed problem with battle.net. After start app and automatic loggin I got black window and can’t do anything.

I contacted support and do a lot of steps (unistall game/battle.net, open as administrator, open on another Intener connection etc.) and nothing help.

I discovered that after I don’t use automatic loggin after next open battle.net works so this problems occuring only when I set autologin on. But even if battle.net work when I opened game, for example Hearthstone, still lags a lot after starting the game - it is impossible to play the game (ranked or BG), even opening the package is a challenge.

How we can fix it? Before I have never had any problems opening the app, it appeared suddenly two weeks ago and nothing helps.

You have an antivirus app or overlay app blocking the splash screen that loads when Bnet launches.

I didn’t install, update and change anything when problem occurs.

Now I have open only Java Update, OneDrive and Windows security, now open battle.net and problem still occur.

How would that app cause autologin to suddenly not work, while battle.net works without autologin? And why does a game that was running smoothly before the battle.net problems now lagging?

So OneDrive is managing your folder for the install?
