Battlenet doesnt work

my battlenet wont update games,wont scan or repair and wont uninstall games
tried everything under the sun to fix it but nothing works.

im having this issue as well. Ive tried everything i can think of. from scanning and defragging to completely deleting the battle net app just to redownload it to get the same messages. I just want to play some games man

same here,its goes to sleep then when i get that sorted it wont do anything

mine keeps saying when I get on the battle net on my computer always says something went wrong a broke

i ended up reinstalling windows as my last resort and it worked.back playing wow

Does anyone have a fix for this that doesn’t involve reinstalling windows?
I tried submitting a ticket but kept getting redirected to the forums

So far I’ve done (sorry I can’t add links):

I couldn’t uninstall anything (including the launcher) because it relies on the launcher running an uninstall command. Deleted everything relating to battlenet and redownloaded the set-up and still hitting the same error

So i managed to install cata classic and can play that but battlenet wont install anything else now so almost back to square one,seems to be a ton of people having problems so cant be just on our end?

great just opened bnet after getting home from work and its gone to sleep again…

I am also having this problem. I got battle net reinstalled finally and when I start the download for overwatch it constantly stops it and says patching, but it is making very slow progress.

Add one more to the list. I too suffer from this issue.

Note, unless the game requires an update (wow classic), if I skip the launcher and go directly to the directors, I can launch the games no problem.

Same here, first SC2 started to throw errors, I tried to fix it according to support reply and removed Battle.Net client - now I cannot reinstall it, stuck on 25%.

Having problems too. Couldnt download any games on the launcher so uninstalled battle.net app. Tried to reinstall it and im stuck on “Updating battle.net” going up to 80-90% then dropping back down again constantly.

Exact same problem, couldn’t update or install games so I uninstalled and now I am completely unable to download it without it going to 60%-80% and dropping down again.

Has your problem been fixed yet? I also can’t download the game.
