Already one week sweating my brains off trying to fix this, all the errors I managed to gather:

No help from customer service, no solutions on forums.
Finally I managed to talk to a person when asking for a refund (since the program stopped working one day after I paid the subscription) and now they are skipping the matter and taking it as a regular technical issue request ignoring the fact that I’m asking for a refund.
I’ve deleted battlenet folders, restarted my pc, changed DNS server address, uninstalled battlenet app manually (since it wouldn’t uninstall properly), reseted WMI, created new administrator account, tried to reinstall battlenet app few times (it won’t), checked security programs and firewall, restablished system, prayed to RNGesus while restarting my pc again…
3 answers I received in my ticket, each time a different master, repeating the same things you can find in Customer asistance and forums. To finally say they are “actively” working on fixing the problem but -“sadly we don’t have an estimated date for the correction”.
