Battle.net does not recognize active xbox pc game pass

game pass subscription marked inactive on the battle.net site, although the microsoft site and the xbox application mark it active until 03/24/2025

I have the same issue, I was about to try disconnecting and reconnecting the link between xbox and battlenet but there’s a 90 days cooldown to reconnect another xbox account to battlenet… New season just dropped and I can’t play it even though I’m paying for the service.

I have the same problem. I tried deactivating the XBox account from battle.net app (90 days freezing applies only to NEW accounts)
But there is still a problem. because battle.net doesn’t see active subscription

Same here my Xbox live PC Pass is active does not need to renew any time soon but battlenet says it’s inactive and I can’t play my account unless I buy a game I am already paying for >.> … restarted the PC launched Xbox first then battlenet same thing. Updated platter net , reinstalled Diablo and battlenet app still says my Xbox is inactive when Xbox confirms its active

Same here. Have Xbox Game Pass and it appears inactive in Battle.Net. Answer from the support guys:
"We understand your concern regarding the inactive status that appears on Battle.net, despite having Xbox Game Pass as shown in your screenshot. We’ve received similar feedback about this issue, and in this case it appears to be related to Game Pass and Xbox.

On our side, everything seems to be in order. We recommend contacting Xbox Game Pass support for more information or to resolve any potential issues with a bug or your subscription. You can do it through the following link:

Can you confirm this is the case? Did you test this out? I’m hesitant to try it out.

Microsoft’s response FYI:
" Also, I’ll let you know that there have been a lot reports of users with problems related to login on [battle net) in the past few minutes, a few of them with your same issue you have, so if your issue is recent, this may be a not yet reported service outage, and not something wrong with your account specifically.

I’ve already checked. Unlinked the account and connected again. But it didn’t help.

still not working here. did you have to do anything to get it to read as active?

My wife account is active now but my account is not, waiting 3 day but nothing happen. Think it will be terirble season again
