Battlenet Disconnecting and Connecting

My BattleNet keeps Disconnecting and Connecting the entire time is open and its not letting me play anything since Oct 2020 All ready tried:

  1. Uninstalling and installing launcher
  2. Firewall inbound rules
  3. Reset my windows image
  4. Open on admin mode
  5. Reset everything about my network
  6. Uninstalling games and installing
    The problem still persist, I open the app just to watch it disconnect and connect with my network going 500/500 up and down all good. Any help to fix this please.
