Battle.net crashes on load (Mac)

I’m playing on a Mac M1, running Sonoma (14.6.1). All was well with Battle.net and my games until yesterday, when Battle.net started crashing on load. I have tried the following:

  • Restarting the machine
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling Battle.net
  • Resetting the Internet connection (btw, all other applications are fine)
  • Creating a new administrator account
  • Closing other apps
  • Running a security scan
  • Deleting the Users/Shared/Battle.net folder

Any other ideas?

this has been happening to me too since yesterday but i am on windows 11. i got it to work for a bit by deleting the local appdatas and then reinstalling battle net and games but then it starts crashing again after i booted my windows back up.
