Battle.net crashes on launch

Hi,

The app has been crashing on start for weeks, the only suggested resolution was to replace my video card. I have installed an EVGA 3070 XC3 video card and the app still crashes before I can login.

I have reinstalled the app, drivers even Windows 10. I have disabled all security options, virus utilities, VPN, etc.

Please look at Ticket Number: US77776477
Crash report 1203A0A4-BAAF-4C1C-BA65-232907FC952E

I have used this system for several years with no issues all the way up to the Shadowlands release.

There is some bug being hit here between the Battle.net app and Windows 10 Pro Workstation.

Please help…
