Battle.net client installation problem

Hello
My life changed about a week ago when I tried running battle.net, the update started automatically, apparently it did not finish properly so I ended up only being able to access my social section. SO I proceed to reinstall the game which was unsuccessful. I restarted my PC, tried it again and of course nothing. Then I deleted battle net related stuff in my program files and was able to uninstall the game because I wasn’t even able to uninstall it. After successfully uninstalling it, still to this day I can not install battle.net. I tried all following things:

Deleted everything battle.net related in:
Program files
Program files x86
Appdata
Program data
Regedit

Checked for corrupted files in cmd, SFC and DISM
Created a new user account on the windows
Tried using old version of installer
Tried launching compability fixing
Running the installer as administrator
PC restart multiple times
Checked for windows updates
Write to useless Blizzard support

First I see
Starting battle.net
then: Battle.net Updating Battle.net Update Agent… (45%) , it does not exceed 45%, then it switches to:
Battle.net Downloading new files… (5%) ,
Again it switches to: Battle.net Updating Battle.net Update Agent… (45%
Then finally I get the error:
Battle.net Battle.net Installation , We’re having trouble launching the Battle.net Update Agent. Please wait one minute and try again. If it happens again, try restarting your computer or reinstalling Battle.net. , More help: BLZBNTBTS0000005C , Please click the link above for more information or contact Customer Support if the problem persists.

Any suggestions?
