Hi, yesterday I played Heroes of the Storm and every game kept disconnecting entirely (both the Battle.net client and HotS), both for me and my friend who was in the same group (at the same time). We followed all the instructions, tried reinstalling the game, but without any success. How could this be resolved? It’s frustrating to crash out of the connection every single game for about 5 minutes. It’s not dependent on the internet connection because we were on Discord in a call at the time and nothing went down.
If multiple apps are going off line at once, it’s likely the connection, not blizzard.
