How can I change the configuration of “region”?

Thank you for reporting this issue with the Battle.net log entry. It looks like you’re trying to run the Battle.net-setup.exe file from E:\download\Battle.net-Setup.exe which could be causing a permissions-related issue to occur, since these files run best when launched from your primary C:\ drive. If your Downloads folder is located in your E:\ drive, try simply moving the Battle.net setup file to your Desktop and launch it from there.

If it continues to fail or get stuck, be sure to fully update or temporarily uninstall antivirus programs which may be mistakenly blocking the Battle.net Agent from running. More information on troubleshooting security applications here, if curious.

If the problem continues, temporarily test a different network such as a mobile hotspot to determine whether the problem is isolated to your current network.
