While this might not even seem like a negative, the Battle Net Launcher seems to not be adhering to the Download Rate set in the Settings… it is taking up ‘all the bandwidth’ - and unfortunately this makes other applications unable to utilize the what-would-be-the rest of the bandwidth.
It was previously following the set limit (which allows other applications to use the rest of the bandwidth comfortably) but just seems to not at the moment.
Tried:
- restarting application
- uninstalling/reinstalling
- uninstalling a game
- installing a different game than the one desired
