Battle.Net app will not connect iPhone (iOS)

After extensive testing and completing the following operations: without success

  1. clear all safari iOS cookies > set safari as default > rest internet > rest phone > reinstalled battle.net > reset phone > connect to neighbors Wi-Fi > log into battle.net mobile app > unable to connect

  2. Deleted App > Reset Mobile Phone > reinstalled battle.net app > rest phone > internet reset > connected to home Wi-Fi network > log into battle.net app > unable to connect

  3. Same as step #2, with the exception of using 5G mobile network instead of home Wi-Fi > unable to connect

Current iOS version: 18.1
Model Name: iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hello! I really understand you. I have this issue on Iphone 14 with newest IOS update to 18.1. I made everything you mentioned and the most common troubleshoots with hope to fix it but it didn’t fixed. About authentication all works, but the rest of the app don’t: Friend list, chats everything. And from yesterday (19.11) my app continue to be in an infinite connecting loop…
