Battle.net App Unable to Install/Update Games Windows 10 Pro

Not sure what happened with battle.net since January 15 but this is the first time I experience this Issue ever since I started using the bnet app.

It started with being unable to update WoW to the Plunderstorm update. Did all the troubleshooting steps and ultimately tried uninstalling WoW.

3 Days after I’m still unable to install WoW. When you click on Install, nothing happens and it appears that it is just loading. I tried to install my old games such as Diablo 3, Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm but I’m experiencing that same issue. What is going on? My subscription in WoW is being wasted due to this bug.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling bnet app as well but nothing happens. Aside from those issues, my bnet app keeps sleeping if I log out for some reason which is not happening before.

Are you going to release a new version of Bnet? I think the last update messed something in the backend. Is there a way to revert to the old version of Bnet app?

Please see below details:
Battle.net app version: 2.39.0.15212
Battle.net Update Agent version: 2.37.1.8988

OS Version: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045

Same thing is happening with my battle.net app. I have tried the troubleshoot mentioned corresponding to the error link but to no avail.

I’m now able to get it to work. I tried to access bnet using VPN and got a prompt to restart and update. after restarting, I can now install WoW and other Blizzard games. Weird glitch. I never had to use VPN before.

Which VPN do you use if it has helped you?
