Battle.net app issue

i cant open battle.net app , and i tried to uninstall the application but it won’t let me it is showing me ERROR BLZBNTBNU00000007 … plz advise what to do ?

Hey braak02,

In this case, let’s try manually removing and reinstalling the app:

  1. Open a folder and navigate to the Blizzard app folder then delete the entire folder.
  2. Next press Windows Key + R and enter the following locations and delete any Battlenet and Blizzard folders in each location:
    • %LOCALAPPDATA%
    • %APPDATA%
    • %TEMP%
    • %PROGRAMDATA%
  3. Finally go ahead and reinstall the app from here. Make sure you run as Admin.
