I’m seeing recent posts about this, so I guess this is a widespread issue, but the battle.net app doesn’t work very well. After I type in my log-in information, it’s stuck on a never-ending “Connecting…” loop. I’ve done literally every solution I’ve read on the forums, and absolutely nothing fixes this issue.

As can be read in one of the other posts. Deleting the chat history solves the problem for some…
Same. Tried everything in the forums. “Oops something went wrong” and never connects, authenticator doesn’t work, or anything else either. But the shop works perfectly.

I changed my password today, because the blizzard forums would not pick up my characters. (still not picking them up after the password reset.) After that I started getting an connection error in the authenticator app.
I’ve already cleared cache, uninstall and reinstalled like 20 times. I tried different wifi connections and regular mobile connection nothing works.

Using the Battlenet app on a phone and tablet… cleared cache/data… uninstalled/reinstalled… changed router DNS and restarted… tried connecting through wifi and mobile network… still cannot sign-in.

but after that, it is still try to connect me and failed
And insted of showing my alias, i will see unknow/disconnecting
Same issue here, had to un-atach 2FA, because the app would even log in and it requested to use 2FA, like lol. Anyway reinstalled the app, cleared cache numerous times, restarted phone serval times and still, just connecting in uper left corner, can’t use or atach 2FA again, makes me feel unsafe blizzard having my card data right now… might scrub everything from account.
mine keeps giving me an error and wont even attempt to let me do much. i can log in ive logged out of all devices uninstalled and as soon as i reinstalled battle.net on my phone it logs me in like i never logged out and it says oops something went wrong and i cant use the authenticator. its highly annoying as i have never had the issue till now
Have the app on iOs and Android both just continually say connecting. Done most of suggested fixes, none work.
Mine is still not connecting after 3 weeks, Though I am able to access my authenticator I have went through all your possible fixes I do not use firefox on my phone at all the only browser that came with my phone (Samsung) and chrome and I have tried everything with the fixes and it still refuses to connect. It worked fine before the 11th when they did the maintenance…
