This is a wide reaching issue affecting multiple games on multiple devices and even stops me from installing battle.net on my desktop.
When I try to install the Battle.Net app, it goes to the website, lets me log in with my Apple ID login, correctly verifies from my iPhone battle.net app, and then stops there. The website has the big green check and says “You can now return to your Battle.net game or app.”, but the app stays on “Use your browser to complete login.”
My second issue is that Hearthstone has stopped letting me sign in. I have reinstalled the app on iPhone and iPad numerous times and it always stalls at the same place. I log into my AppleID and it brings up a screen that says, “Switch accounts to continue” but when I click it I am taken to an account page that correctly shows my info, my most recent acquisitions from Warcraft Rumble, and no way to do anything else. When I hit cancel I start the entire log in process over again.
Then, on Warcraft Rumble I am getting issues. I can open the game and play, but if I try to click on the Treasure Chest icon where I could make a purchase or collect the free units every 4 hours, the game crashes and gets stuck in a restart/loading loop. Reinstalls one multiple devices has not helped.
There is obviously something wrong with my account, and I am stuck. Any help would be appreciated as otherwise I guess I am locked out from any blizzard game.
(EDIT: As I keep trying to troubleshoot, I found that I was able to beat the login screen boss on installing the battle.net app on my desktop Mac if I skipped the Apple ID login and used my email/password. This did not help me access Hearthstone or Warcraft Rumble though.)
