Hardware acceleration (off) or Beta version didn’t solve the issue and shows same problem: “Your login session has expired. Please log in to Battle.net again. BLZBNTBGS80000023” I double checked my WAN ip on every change and launch, it didn’t change.
Same issue, pretty frustrating 
After a day it didn’t “force log me out” like last time **I think this solved my issue: Settings > App > Advanced Features >Allow Multiple Instances of Battle.net (check the box)
will advise after a few more days if it still works
Update:
After 2 days of using “Allow Multiple Instances” the same error shows and I am logged out, I am at a loss and I give up.
04-04-2024: The new version has been logging me on mostly without problems, some times asks to login. However now after this was “fixed” there is another constant issue which I get almost everyday after launching the app: Could not log in to the Blizzard service BLZBNTBNA00000A8E.
