I keep getting multiple errors and I was temporarily locked out of my account recently because my authenticator app was bugged. I got the authenticator under control, thankfully, and migrated it to the new app. Restarting my computer did not fix the error though, and I’m currently scratching my head to see what to do next. Any clues on what to do now?
In addition, other players in my household are not having this problem. Time for a new computer? I am running Windows 10 on a desktop.
I am having to manually re-enter my password every time and go to the authenticator app to approve the login. I am getting tired of having to do this.
Edit: The error BLZBNTBGS80000023 is consistently happening now. In the past there were multiple error codes, and they all had the same effect; logging me out of the Battlenet launcher,
Ensure your computer’s date and time are accurate. Oddly, that can mess with authentication.
If you’re using a web browser, clearing the cache and cookies might help.
Make sure Windows 10, your browser, and the authenticator app are all up to date.
Even though you’ve reconfigured the app, make sure it’s set up correctly with your account.
: Your security software might be causing issues. Try temporarily disabling it to see if that’s the problem.
