Battle net agent is inactive

I have the whole time the error message that the battle net agent is inactive. It is trying to active the agent but nothing happens. You can sit there and wait for hours.

It is on my laptop and I have no clue what can be done. I have closed and restarted everything. I have updated my drivers of the Geforce but again… no change and no possibility to play Diablo.

What can I do? Do you have a hint how I can get to the game again? I will not start the uninstall and install of the game thing because I read it in the chat that someone did this once and from then the solution would be to do it every day. So I can’t do that.
