if barb’s leap directly damage killed a monster or dozens of them，then it won‘t trigger the LOOP OF GIANT STRIDES’s cd reducing effect. I have already have my LEAP cdr to 4.7 seconds，so technically or in practice，my LEAP should have no cooldown at all，but at the helltide，my leap always need to cooldown for about 4 seconds beacuse of the LOOP OF GIANT STRIDES’s cd reducing effect doesn’t take effect.
There isn’t a barbarian class in Diablo 1.
