Ban appeal permanently closed

Hi,

I got wrongly banned in Overwatch 2, probably after receiving reports at the start of this stadium season due to unbalanced games.

I opened a support ticket, got an AI generated response saying it was due to the code of conduct. That’s obvious, so asked for a more detailed reason. Got a response from GM Miengalth saying it was because of cheating and I could only request more details using a GDPR Data retrieval request.

Retrieved the data, but this didn’t shed much light on the issue, no unauthorised logins, just my normal stadium ranked games. The ban reason mentions the type ‘CarAction’, not sure what that means so wanted a better explanation.

I come back to the support ticket and it seems to be permanently closed, I’m unable to continue my appeal. I don’t understand permanently closing tickets after providing no info and not confirming the issue is understood/resolved with the ticket holder.

I would like to kindly request any recommendations on how to continue the appeal process or for a Blizzard GM to reopen my ticket.

I understand they can’t give too much info regarding the detailed ban reason to maintain the effectiveness of the ban system. However, they seem to assume the system is perfect and allow no room for error.
