I recently for the 3rd time in a row now, Have been banned on the day of a brand new patch due to “Communication” stating as follows:
You were reported multiple times by your fellow players for inappropriate communication. Some examples include abusive chat, advertisement, spamming, or other communication that violates our code of conduct.
I would like to add again, that without fail at the beginning of a new Patch I am suspended for 10 days exact every time. I would like if Blizzard could please look into this. Now I know what you’re going to say “appeal ban or suspension” however I do and it is met with an automated reply and they will not look ANY further into the issue.
Please someone look into this as it has gotten me removed from my guilds mythic raid team because I cannot make the raid times while in suspension.
In my 20 years of playing WoW I have NEVER had this sort of experience with customer support.
