Hello,
I am unable to setup an authenticator in the mobile app. When I try, I get the error message “Hmm…something went wrong”. This error happens over and over again.
I did get a new device and forgot to transfer the authenticator to my new device before i wiped it.
I am on the latest version of iOS and have tried the following:

Deleting the battle.net mobile app multiple times and reinstalling.

Rebooting my phone before I reinstall the app.
-
Offloading the app/deleting it and reinstalling.
-
Installing the app on a new device that never had the app to begin with (and ipad).
-
Removing the authenticator from my account.
I don’t know what else to do…please help.
