Authenticator prevents login entirely

I’m stuck here. Every time I try to log in on site (different account) I’m told to use a code from the authenticator. Upon redownloading and opening said authenticator, I am told I need a code from the authenticator, of which I am currently using to get said code. I tried to contact support for help, but without the option to reply with the information (I cannot login to send the reply email) I’ve just been going in circles with support. Help?
