Authenticator on old phone, can't log in

I am very frustrated, just like the other people on this forum. My old phone had my authenticator. I played for years without it, but I changed my email address and it needs the authenticator for me to now log in. I’ve tried submitting ticket and I get a standard form to fill out. Only thing is I can’t attach it to my ticket as I can’t log in to view my ticket. Shoot, I had to create a new account just to post this.

Why is this so hard??? Does Battlenet support not monitor tickets? If you have multiple tickets out there with the same problem, wouldn’t that raise a flag?

If anyone has any answers, I would love to hear it.
