Authenticator not working on Pixel 7a

The social and account parts of the battle.net app work, but the authenticator doesn’t show anything. When I open the app it says “Oops, something went wrong”, I never get login prompts, and it doesn’t display anything for the authenticator code.

The same issue appears on my fiance’s Pixel 7a but works perfectly on my old Pixel 4a

All phones are using version 1.19.2.7

I have the same problem with a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE;
