Authenticator is not accessible

This is my kids account, i have sent in a ticket and no response back in days. i have purchased all WoW expansions and diablo games with expansions as well. My old PC with all the info needed to be saved fried and i lost all that data and my phone number that i changed to my new number didnt get saved on battle.net for contact. My question is “How the heck is a loyal customer supposed to get ahold of someone that will do their jobs to help me regain access to MY account?”
i understand that they shut the phone lines down because players were clogging it with BooHoo i got ganked and this player is better then me so they’re cheating so ban them now, and i never bought anything but im going to claim i did so i get the pretty dragon wings ect…
But seriously been playing since BC with on and off again sub time due to real life and now it just feels like the money i spent was to purchase the silver shaft from Blizz… any help minus a therapist would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
