WoW dosnt let me use the full Dungeon finder cause it wants me to activate the Authenticator on the mobile app. The problem is that ive always had it active. And ive had this problem for years…
Same here. Not getting much beyond template replies from support too.
1st with a broken ‘help yourself’ link.
2nd with a generic response making out that they had actually looked into the issue… but alas, brand new PC so clearing and deleting files/cookies/cache aint guna cut it.
Historically (when I played 10 years+) Blizzard had amazing support, is this the new support we should expect now?
