I stopped playing back in 2018, but would like to get back into it. I only played Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm, so I can’t answer a lot of the WoW related account questions when attempting to recover.
I know my email and phone number that was associated with the account, but I do not have access to either of these.
I can prove my identity, but support tickets have been frustrating. They never acknowledged that I attached my ID to my tickets, and kept requesting more information such as descriptions of card backs I had, and addresses associated with the account. When I provided these, a different gamemaster would respond with another request.
Now I am unable to submit a ticket because I have “too many open requests” even though I have only sent replies when asked.
I remember my battletag, including numbers. I can prove my identity. I can answer most, if not all, personal details relevant to the account. I just don’t have access to the email and phone number associated with the account.
I would love to be able to have a way to deal with just one gamemaster that can help resolve my account issues, so that I don’t have different people who want different things.
I also can not submit anymore support tickets, apparently, so I have to resort to the forums. It does not seem like live chat or callback requests are functional anymore, either.
