The Arathor server is not loading my character list. I was in the middle of a dungeon lagged out restarted no errors but when i log into char selection screen is just empty no chars not ability to create new chars or anything. Tried restarting and resinstalling nothing helped all other servers are fine.

Same here for my Drenden and Garrosh servers. 19 YEARS OF CHARACTERS ARE MISSING!
Same issue here with “pozzo dell’eternità ”. Can’t see any of my characters…
All other servers are fine.
Same thing just happened to me on Daggerspine - USA. I lagged out trying to loot a mob. Had to force shut off WoW. When I opened it back up, all of my toons are gone. I noticed all of my addons were stuck “on” so I went and deleted all my addons. No change. Restarted my computer, ran the repair and update functions on the launcher. No change.

Same with me on Hakkar. The page is mostly black with some buttons and outlines, but characters are not there and most buttons are greyed out. I can switch servers and those characters are loading but I can’t switch back to Hakkar without it still showing the others servers characters and background.
Same issue on Dunemaul

Update: The problem resolved itself after about 10 minutes. I repaired the files and restarted the game a few times.

The Same with Drenden black screen no characters. If I change servers and come back to Drenden it shows the other servers characters
same here on sylvanas black screen with no caracters
same issue on Uther. after a while, my characters did load, and I was able to play for a few minutes before the game became unresponsive again and I had to force shut down the game.
Same issue on Garrosh. Frames, buttons & logo up but all characters in list and character display is dark. Can’t blindly select a character either. Enter World button is grey’d out.
I had a similar issue, list came back…and Im out again. Has to be a glitch somewhere.

same for anub’arak, so sad
mine went down this morning well within an hour it was back now it’s froze again been awhile now but at least we know it’s on their end and not ours
