Why can’t I install on my Mac?

The very next forum down is the Mac Tech support. You can use the pencil icon next to your thread’s title to move this there.

I have the same problem. It is not possible to run Battle net on macOS Tahoe.

From the Apple support site:

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Privacy & Security in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
  2. Go to Security, then click Open.
  3. Click Open Anyway.This button is available for about an hour after you try to open the app.
  4. Enter your login password, then click OK.

This article tells you how to open anyway (Apple seems to have recently changed how to do this)
