I submitted two tickets to appeal a suspension (That should have never happened to me) and at this point, no responses and they have been over 3-4 days in queue. Never in the 20 years of playing WoW have I ever seen such poor customer service/support.
Anyone else running into this issue with any kind of support ticket?
All Blizzard games share the same support ticket queue and team. Wait times right now seem to be around a week. Putting in additional ticket only makes the wait longer I am afraid.
Normally times are closer to 24-48 hours. This is not a normal response and not something they want, I am sure.
Note, MVPs are other players. MVPs do not work for, or represent, Blizzard.
