Battle.net setup stuck installing at 1% doesn’t progress on Windows 10 I am trying to install it to play Diablo 2 Remastered. Have installed the app on Mac OSX where it works flawlessly (the game is not supported on Mac) and I’ve also tried both wireless and wired connections to no avail… The issue has to be non network related, and I’ve tried almost everything the forums have recommend… please let me know if you have any ideas!!! Was waiting years for this game!!! #windowsfail #everytime
Sometimes the Windows firewall, or pre-installed software, can cause these blocks. Also, double-check that there is enough space on the drive for the game.
In the meantime, check the error reporting areas of both your DxDiag and MSInfo to see if the issue is showing there.
Everything above I’ve tried run info brought up Device Encryption Support: reasons for failed automatic device encryption: TPM is not useable, PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware security TPM is not useable… is this related? Lol
It’d be nice to get a HELPFUL response been trying to play Diablo 2 on its intended console for 3 days and I’m unable because blizzard has made a bad windows 10 application and left it broken for what seems years…
(If it’s liable the Mac version updated first to languages option before the install the PC version does not it also skips right past updating Battle.net directly to install after it is done updating the blizzard agent… that may just be the wired connection was updating earlier on wireless…)
I’ll give y’all a day or two to fix YOUR issue then I’ll need to issue a refund for a game you sold that dosent work lol
I’m a community member on this forum and the only person who has answered you. My post was meant to point you in the right direction. If volunteer assistance doesn’t meet your standards, perhaps you should open a ticket with the staff so they can work one-on-one with you. You would also need to use the ticket system to discuss any refund options.
