Hello… my Battle Net app is stuck in scanning mode. I opened up the app to start Call Of Duty Cold War tapped on scan and repair and it’s been stuck on that for two days now . I tried the suggested fix but it didn’t work. I also think that it is trying to update the game at the same time. any ideas I’m very frustrated. Thanks

did u find a fix for this issue? I’m having the same problem
same problem here, tried the suggested fixes (like clearing programdata battle.net dir after restarting computer, deleting *.idx data files and rescanning)
still stuck

resolved my problem. ie removing everything but the game data files from the program dir and rescanning

Had the same issue, this video did indeed fix it. I would’ve gone mad if I had to reinstall Cold War, you’re a hero
