App start up error every time I install certificates

BLZBNTBNA0000000C I have gotten this code and I tried to install a certificate as instructed to fix this issue. It worked but another problem showed up when I close the app, it pops up again when I press the app again. I can’t play my games nor uninstall the app to reinstall again to see if I could fix it that way. In need of help or else, I am gonna take a long break without having this issue resolved.

In this case, let’s try a full reinstall of the Blizzard app:

  1. Uninstall the Blizzard app
  2. Next open the temp locations and delete any Battle.net and Blizzard folders you see in each location. Press Windows Key + R and type:
    • %LOCALAPPDATA%
    • %APPDATA%
    • %TEMP%
    • %PROGRAMDATA%
  3. Finally go ahead and reinstall the app from here. Make sure you run as Admin.
