Reminder: characters will need to be logged into and then out of before their respective data is updated on the API and websites.

API Changes - WoW Shadowlands Pre-Patch

These changes should now be live in all regions. Or people will need to connect eventually? That is correct. Schema changes generally only apply to new documents published after the schema change is made. In this case, and with most character, guild, and other “profile” type documents, the character must first log in and then log out of the game before that characters documents are published using the new schemas.
