Anti-brigading rules?

Could we please have some kind of rules that Blizzard seems to be going by from the company and in games apply to the forums?

For example, the wow forums are basically the wild wild west of wow and people are quick to drag all their friends into one thread to detract from a topic, derail, and mass flame people, pointing out how they want to silence you.

I don’t know where to post this, but it’s really getting out of hand this year =[ I just want to interact with the community without being brigaded by entire cliques.

If possible, maybe reviewing similar games’ standards for community interaction might help?
For example, final fantasy as a whole seems to look down on general nuisance behavior such as spamming, offensive expression, and so on.

They seem quick to take care of people being trolls and perpetuating hatred, as well as brigading and general disruptive or abusive gameplay. Nowhere in their forums do we see this type of inflammatory behavior, while on WoW, it’s dismissed both in game and on the community forums. Bait and switch posts are especially vile.

We really have to try to be better as a whole, don’t we? There are a lot of things WoW could be improving upon to encourage players to be less toxic to one another. If these things are enabled to go on forever, new players won’t stay because they just get bullied off of the game.
