I have been through everything I can find online, from deleting cache and reinstall to compatibility tweaks to a ton of other trys. Driver is up to date, as well as Direct X 12. My GPU just must not be able to handle it. Can some verify my setup meets minimum Requirements?..

Windows 10
Intel 4600 i7 core

I rather think it is a graphics card issue. I needed to reduce my Win 10 resolution setting to 1920x1080 to get it running smoothly. You can even go lower and try out.
