Problem in the title.

Solutions tried:

Drivers updated
AV turned off
Uninstalled client
Deleted cache files/ Blizzard leftover files after uninstall.
Cleared WMI repository
Installed from another admin account
Changed connections
Tried a VPN

The closest I got was a dark play button I could not click.
Repair beings an infinite loop with all other updates paused.
No game can be started without the client.

I would like to play the game.
Preordered Dragon flight and this is day 11(updated 12/08/22), behind in gameplay.
Losing my game time payed for.

Updating WoW, scanning and repairing and turn vpn off fixed world server down login issue to me i suggest to try that next since problem is not Blizzard servers this time. Before ingame game prevent to que any dungeons or raids not even battlegrounds worked and after i logged out and tried back got world server down
